Last updated: June 21, 2026
Precision Partners (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the platform available at precisionpartners.io (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read it carefully.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly
- Account information: name, email address, password, and billing details when you sign up.
- Business information: business name, phone number, website, industry, and service area entered during onboarding.
- Payment information: credit or debit card details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team or through the in-app chat.
Information collected automatically
- Call data: when callers contact a business using our AI voice agent, we collect the caller’s phone number, call duration, call recording (where permitted by law), and an AI-generated transcript and summary.
- Contact records: caller phone numbers, names (when provided by the caller), and email addresses are stored as contacts in your CRM.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and browser/device information collected through standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies: session cookies required for authentication and preference cookies for your dashboard settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provision and operate your AI voice agent, phone number, and CRM.
- Process payments and send billing receipts.
- Send you transactional SMS and email messages related to your account (e.g., call summaries, follow-up drafts, system alerts).
- Improve the accuracy of AI call analysis and summaries.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS Messaging and Mobile Phone Numbers
Precision Partners facilitates SMS messaging between service businesses and their callers as part of the platform’s follow-up features.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
- Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through our platform are used solely to deliver messages on behalf of the business you contacted.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive one or more messages per interaction (for example, a follow-up message after a call).
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.
- How to opt out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at precisionpartners.io for assistance.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and phone numbers), Vapi (AI voice), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI analysis). Each is bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use data to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Precision Partners, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
